My Family

Michele Cooke-Andresen is the big one, Tekka is the black one, and Echo is the little one.

Michele and I met while we were at Princeton University, and have been married since 1991. She's an assistant professor of Geology at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

We have two kids; William and Robin. Visit the baby Andresen pages for lots of pictures of them.

I was born in Australia, but have lived in the United States since I was five years old. We moved around quite a lot while I was growing up; in addition to Australia, Wisconsin and Massachusetts, I've lived in Anchorage Alaska, Seattle Washington, Solvang California and Mena Arkansas.

My mum and step-dad now live in Benton City, Washington and have their own home page.
